Project Onboarding

• Working with Owner, Development Manager and/or Construction Manager, coordinate with Wireless Service Providers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile/Sprint and DISH, collectively the “Carriers”) to establish the basis of design for connectivity to each of their respective cellular networks for the specific frequencies/bands required to meet the project objectives.

• Establish RF Design criteria with each Carrier and determine probability/feasibility of Carrier funded signal source and/or capital contribution.

• Develop budgetary RF Design and ROM study (subject to RF Benchmark).

• Review ownership, funding and operation options (capex vs. opex, third-party operator, Carrier funded, other).

• Building placed on Carrier tentative build plan for target on-air date and earliest on-air date established.

• Building placed on Carrier rooftop evaluation plan.

• RF Benchmark excluded, subject to authorization by Owner.
